What is Crystalline Fructose?
Crystalline fructose is a monosaccharide product obtained by isomerization, separation, refinement and crystallization of glucose produced by starch hydrolysis, or obtained by separation, refinement and crystallization of fructose and glucose produced by sucrose hydrolysis. It has a high and unique sweetness, but with a low GI. Crystalline fructose is metabolized independently by liver, does not rely on insulin.
